Ancestry Website Celebrates Independence Day with New Video

At the end of the video, it’s revealed that every person who appears in the video is the direct descendant of one of the signers of the historical document. It’s a poignant reminder of America’s roots, where she is today, and what an incredible country can make that much progress in just over 200 years. Watch the video here:

To take he, his family and friends for a relaxing outing on a beach he had closed to the public, and then to show no remorse when the media put him on blast – that’s not just garden variety arrogance. That’s lashing out. It’s almost like he had his dreams torn away. He had his hopes set high, with every reason to believe things were going to work out, but then, he got nothing.

Among the scandalized were the “targets” of the tweet – CNN itself. And so, CNN did what any reasonable, sensible, and journalistic operation would do: they sought out the person who originally made the GIF on Reddit. Oh good.

Rep. Dave Brat (R-Va.) deleted an Instagram photo with a constituent Monday after receiving backlash on social media. The photo, posted Monday to Brat's Instagram account, shows the GOP lawmaker with a man holding a sign that reads "told a local Richmond NBC affiliate that the post wasn't meant as a call to violence against Hillary Clinton. "No, that's — that's laughable, right?" Brat told NBC12. "I thought the guy was just getting at the Benghazi injustice that everybody knows is a tragedy.
