Trump reportedly told his aides that he preferred to tweet his condolence, and tweeted out a pared-down statement in which he did not offer praise of the Arizona Republican.  "My deepest sympathies and respect go out to the family of Senator John McCain," Trump tweeted after reports confirmed that McCain had died. "Our hearts and prayers are with you!” Press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, chief of staff said in 2015.

Two people are dead and one suspect has been killed after a shooting Sunday at a video game tournament at Jacksonville Landing, an entertainment area in the downtown area of Jacksonville, Fla., authorities said. Nine people were injured by gunshot wound and two were killed, the Jackson Sheriff's office said on Sunday evening. The suspect, a 24-year-old white male, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.   "Mass shooting at the Jacksonville Landing," the city's sheriff's department tweeted. "Stay far away from the area.
