After a recent patient suicide, critics are discussing what they see as the addiction center’s fundamental flaw.   Rezaul Karim, who has owned Peguero’s Market at 218 Bowdoin St. for about five years, said he hired Natalino Gomes about two months ago.   Sander Levin, a Democrat, said he he will not seek reelection to a 19th term in 2018, but he plans to teach.  Senate bill repeals the requirement that people pay a tax penalty if they don’t purchase health insurance.
