The investigation stems from accusations by four men who alleged that Senator Stanley Rosenberg’s husband sexually assaulted or harassed them.   The Lexington physician was the Green Party’s presidential candidate last year.  The president presented a national security strategy with distinct echoes of the Cold War.  The House and Senate plan votes on Tuesday before sending the bill to President Trump.  The projection seemed unlikely to have any impact on the fate of the tax legislation, which was expected to win House approval Tuesday.
