Every year I look back on the past 12 months and offer a mea culpa for all the things I got wrong.  Despite support from a majority of its members, legislation raising the Massachusetts minimum wage from $11 to $15 is ending 2017 the same way it began the year: pending before the Democrat-controlled Labor and Workforce Development Committee.  The judge denied the attempt to delay the certification of votes while Moore’s claims of voting irregularities are investigated.
