President Trump is expected to visit the state he once referred to as a “drug-infested den” on Monday.   Michael Heffernan has filled the revenue agency with Wellesley residents, business associates, and fellow golfers.  President Trump made a number of inaccurate or misleading statements about the investigations into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.   It was held in a smaller space, and it had fewer bells and whistles, but South Boston’s St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast went on Sunday morning as it has for years.
