A state grand jury has indicted disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein on charges of rape and committing a criminal sexual act. The Manhattan District Attorney's office announced Wednesday in a press release that Weinstein had been indicted on charges of first- and third-degree rape, as well as committing a criminal sexual act.  The most serious of these charges, first-degree rape, carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison under New York law.

The California Senate passed a bill Wednesday that would reinstate the net neutrality rules the Federal Communication Commission voted to repeal last year. State senators voted in favor of the bill 23-12, The Verge reported.
