The retirement of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who has been a key swing vote on several issues, gives President Trump the chance to cement conservative control of the high court.  Thomas Hardiman is on the list of people who might be named to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. And, yes, he once drove a taxi in Waltham.   Prochoice advocates worry that President Trump may nominate a replacement who’ll favor tighter abortion restrictions or even the reversal of Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court handed MORE a major victory on Tuesday, upholding his ban preventing nationals from five Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States.
