House Republicans have settled on a name for their tax overhaul bill: "the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act," multiple sources confirmed to ABC News. President Donald Trump had told senior congressional leaders that he wants to name the bill “the Cut Cut Cut Act,” two senior administration officials told ABC News.

The details of the House Republican tax bill have continued to be intensely debated even over the last 24 hours and those involved in crafting the legislation are still scrambling to negotiate their tax overhaul ahead of tomorrow’s planned release. The Ways and Means Committee is set to meet shortly to press through the final sticking points. Republicans tell ABC News the biggest point of contention right now is the state and local tax deductions (SALT), with opposition coming from members of high-tax states like New York, New Jersey, California and Illinois. President Donald Trump called for the New York City terror suspect to get the death penalty in a late-night tweet Wednesday just hours after Sayfullo Saipov was charged with providing support to ISIS and violence and destruction of motor vehicles. Trump referenced Saipov's request to hang an ISIS flag in his hospital room, an anecdote relayed by authorities Wednesday afternoon, and said he "SHOULD GET DEATH PENALTY!" in all capital letters. Earlier in the afternoon, Trump raised the possibility of sending the alleged perpetrator to Guantanamo Bay prison.

President Trump on Wednesday suggested using the GOP tax bill to repeal ObamaCare’s individual mandate. “Wouldn't it be great to Repeal the very unfair and unpopular Individual Mandate in ObamaCare and use those savings for further Tax Cuts,” Trump tweeted.  The idea is being pushed by Sen. MORE (R-Ark.) and also has the backing of House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-N.C.). Meadows said Wednesday he supports repealing the mandate in tax reform and thinks "ultimately" it will be included because he is going to push for it.
