As ABC News has previously reported, the fund will be used to provide financial support for any legal bills incurred by any individual who "was an employee, consultant, fundraised or volunteer" on behalf of President Trump’s campaign. The release also says there will be two separate accounts – one for government employees and one for non-government employees. Tuesday’s release also says the fund will be managed temporarily by former Congresswoman Nan Hayworth. Hayworth is a former U.S. Representative from New York who will serve as the interim manager of the fund until a permanent manager is appointed.
