According to a criminal complaint filed in Arlington, Va. on June 19, 2010 by Jennifer Willoughby, Porter's second ex-wife, and reviewed ABC News, she alleges that Porter refused to leave her apartment — where she was living during their separation. "He punched in the glass on the door. I called the police, afraid he would break-in. He came to the door asking me to let him in to take him to get medical attention. When he heard me on the phone with the police, he apologized and begged me not to involve them. When he heard me give my name and address to the 9-1-1 dispatcher, he drove off,” Willoughby said in her complaint. That same day, the court issued an emergency protective order for Willoughby against Porter. That order may have expired on June 23, 2010 though it is unclear whether the order was renewed. Willoughby also alleges that on Dec. 22 of that same year he yelled at her and pulled her naked from the shower. In the fall of 2017, she says he told her his security clearance was being delayed and asked her if she had used the word “violent” to describe him to the FBI.
