In June, when ABC News' Jon Karl asked “Would you be willing to speak under oath to give your version of events?” Trump replied, “100 percent.” At the White House Tuesday, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, questioned whether Trump would be open to an interview should Mueller ask, said "..we're going to be fully cooperative with the special counsel," but added "...we're also not going to comment on who may or may not, or could be interviewed at any point."
