In a statement, the committee said it is closing the investigation into Nunes after consulting with experts on classification rules. Democrats and progressive groups accused Nunes at the time of leaking classified information. "Rep. Nunes's statements would appear to be revealing classified information and that obviously would be a very serious concern," Sen. MORE (D-Ore.) told reporters in April.
