Article snippet: Sen. MORE (R-Ariz.) said Monday that he would support the Democratic candidate in the Alabama Senate special election over GOP candidate Roy Moore. "If this choice is between Roy Moore and a Democrat, a Democrat,” Flake told reporters Monday in response to a question about who he would support. “For sure.”   Flake’s comments come just hours after Beverly Young Nelson became the latest woman to accuse Moore of sexual misconduct when she was a teenager. Nelson alleges that Moore sexually assaulted her when she was 16 years old. The new accusations come days after a bombshell Washington Post report that claimed Moore had inappropriate sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in 1979, when he was 32. Three other women also said Moore pursued relationships with them when they were teenagers and Moore was in his 30s. Flake also backed Sen. call to expel Moore from the Senate if Moore wins the election. Moore is running against Democratic candidate Doug Jones to fill Attorney General Jeff Session's Senate seat.  "I don't think it will get to that, but if it does, yes,” Flake said about expelling Moore from the Senate. The special election to serve out the remainder of Sessions's term is set for Dec. 12.  "Come on, Republicans. Is this who we are? This cannot be who we are," he tweeted Friday.
