Article snippet: House Speaker Washington Post reported.  The meeting will also include House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.), and leaders of the congressional Tri-Caucus, composed of the congressional Asian, Black and Hispanic caucuses.  AshLee Strong, Ryan's spokeswoman, confirmed the meeting to the Post and said that the speaker was intent on including new border security measures in the bill.  President Trump's decision to end the program, which gives roughly 690,000 immigrants brought to the country illegally as young children protection from deportation and work permits, included a six-month delay in which Congress could act to pass legislation to cement the program into law.  A legislative solution to the program, which was enacted by former President Obama under executive powers, has received bipartisan support in Congress.  Congressional leaders are now attempting to build bipartisan support for the DREAM Act, which would allow a legal path to citizenship for the Dreamers, coupled with heightened security measures along the U.S.-Mexico border.  Pelosi told reporters Tuesday that Trump said he would sign the DREAM Act.
