As concern over the integrity and independence of ongoing investigations continued to grow, Trump also suggested that he may have surreptitiously recorded Comey during meetings or phone calls. “James Comey better hope that there are no ‘tapes’ of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
