Harvey, Now a Tropical Storm, Carves a Path of Destruction Through Texas - The New York Times

It came ashore just northeast of Corpus Christi, Tex., packing 130 m.p.h. winds. • By midnight, the authorities had reported two deaths that appeared to be related to the storm, one in Houston and one in Rockport, Tex.
