Timpf pointed out the obvious (to everyone but Trump) fact that denouncing a group of white supremacist Nazis shouldn’t be something that needs to be nuanced. My RedState colleague Andrea Ruth reported on the President’s press conference at Trump Tower earlier today. To sum it up, it didn’t go well. The President really has great difficulty with choosing the appropriate time to discuss certain things. Some of the left wing counter protesters are known to be bad actors but when a neo-Nazi protest results in the violent murder of a counter protester, it is not the time to split blame evenly between the two parties.
