Article snippet: Sen. MORE (R-S.C.) on Monday said the GOP “should be politically horsewhipped” if the party does not take another stab at passing healthcare legislation. “I am like one-thousand percent with Fox News. “We should be politically horsewhipped if we don’t try again.”  Graham has been pushing an amendment he authored with Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) that would direct much of the federal funding for ObamaCare into block grants for states. “It will make healthcare more accessible to you. If you don’t like what’s going on, you complain to your governor or your statehouse guy rather than a bureaucrat in Washington,” he added. “I’m so excited about this. Mr. President, don’t let us quit. Make us keep trying. I think we can pass this bill.” Graham’s comments come after the GOP failed to pass what became known as a “skinny repeal” of ObamaCare last week, after three Republican senators voted against the legislation.
