Before “collusion” became all the thing, the whipping boys were Gary Johnson and Jill Stein. CNN was early out of the blocks when a member of their on-premises daycare (I say this because of his picture) was allowed to post How Gary Johnson and Jill Stein helped elect Donald Trump. Nate Silver saw her as a scapegoat to cover for Clinton’s failings. Fair enough. Losers always people to blame for losing, that’s why they are who they are. Then Wednesday happened. On July 19, the Senate Judiciary Committee sent letters to the lawyers for Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS), Donald Trump, Jr., Eric Trump, Paul Manafort, and Christian Becker–who is apparently the attorney for the Trump campaign organization–telling them preserve documents: ¿Que? Jill Stein? Stein was at the same RT gala as Mike Flynn: The Hill notes: And Newsweek says: Stein doesn’t think this is all that funny: I don’t believe for a second that Stein is a Russian plant.
