Senate GOP leaders said they aimed to put the ObamaCare repeal and replace plan to a vote sometime after the July Fourth recess after delaying votes on the measure because of divisions among Republicans. While Republicans have majority-power in the Senate with 52 seats, five GOP lawmakers have already expressed their opposition to the current legislation. Republicans can only afford two defections and still pass a bill with Vice President Pence casting a tie-breaking vote.
