Romney was also one of three Republican senators to not sign Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) resolution to condemn the House Democrats’ secrecy on their impeachment inquiry.
