The White House announced Tuesday night that Trump would visit Otay Mesa, which juts up against the U.S.-Mexico border, following two more fundraisers in southern California. The president will likely be briefed by border officials on the status of the project, which has been a cornerstone of his first-term agenda. Trump arrived in California on Tuesday.
