The package looked similar to the others and had a similar device inside, the source said. A total of seven pipe bombs, packed with shards of glass, were intercepted Wednesday. The bombs targeted several prominent Democrats, including former President Barack Obama and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton. None of the bombs detonated.
