Article snippet: MORE (R-S.C.). Graham's criticism prompted Trump's defense in the CBS interview. Trump, however, blamed the post-Helsinki pushback on the media.  "I will tell you, I don’t know what all the fuss is about," Trump said. "I think the press largely makes up a lot of the fuss about a lot of the things. It’s crazy." "You do something that’s positive and they try to make it as negative as possible," he added. He foreshadowed this criticism before the Helsinki summit, when he predicted "no matter how well I do at the summit ... I would return to criticism that it wasn't good enough." Trump has continually blamed the fury following the meeting on the media, tweeting on Tuesday that "fake news is going Crazy!"  "While I had a great meeting with NATO, raising vast amounts of money, I had an even better meeting with Vladimir Putin of Russia," he tweeted. "Sadly, it is not being reported that way."  Trump during the CBS interview also appeared to hold Putin accountable for Russian meddling in the 2016 election. He said Putin was responsible for the Kremlin's attempts to sow discord "because he’s in charge of the country." "Just like I consider myself to be responsible for things that happen in this country," Trump said.
